Press Release: Soft-Aid Consultants David Yashar to present at 2010 IAITAM Conference (10/20 - 10/22/10)


WOBURN, Mass., March 20, 2010– Soft-Aid, a leading provider of Software Asset Management (SAM) consulting services, announced today that Managing Consultant David Yashar will each present at the 2010 IAITAM conference, being held October 20-22 (2010), in Nashville, Tennessee.

Mr. Yashar session is entitled "Demonstrate the Value of IT Asset Management: Learn How to Build and Present Stronger Business Cases for IT Asset Management Projects."

The session description reads as follows: "Come learn what goes into building business cases for IT Asset Management projects. We will review the components of strong business cases and what constitutes a successful outcome. We will review the roles of stakeholders and how to ensure stakeholder buy-in and support. We will discuss deal-breakers and when fast-tracking a business case is warranted. If you seek guidance with positioning project costs, benefits, and risks in a business case’s value proposition, come to this session. We will also review how to present an effective IT Asset Management business case and respond to differing viewpoints. Any remaining time will be left for Q&A."
